Olympian Homes seals funding for Bristol’s tallest building

Developer Olympian has secured funding for its St James House project to build Bristol’s tallest building.
The funding agreement with Cain International and Apollo allows construction to advance on the scheme to build a 28-storey student accommodation block and a separate 18-storey co-living homes blocks.
Builder R G Group is tipped to deliver the project which will complete in time for the 28/29 academic year.It brings Olympian’s “in construction” deals to over 2m sq ft.
