New MD for Kier Places housing maintenance arm

Kier has promoted Jamie McKechnie as managing director of Kier Places, its housing maintenance and facilities management business.
McKechnie will take up his new role at the start of April as present managing director Mark Whittaker leaves Kier to take up a role elsewhere in the industry.
