New MD at Heidelberg Materials Contracting

Scott Cooper has been appointed Managing Director of Heidelberg Materials UK’s national road surfacing and contracting infrastructure business.
Prior to joining the company, Cooper was Managing Director of Transportation Major  Projects and Design for Kier Group, where he was responsible for the successful  delivery of a portfolio of major projects across the country for key clients including  National Highways.
