New Downing Construction boss named

Downing Construction techical director Andy Thomas has been promoted to operations director, following the retirement of director and head of construction Ian Orton.
After 24 years with the developer/contractor, Orton has decided to take a step back, but will continue to work with Downing as a non-executive director.
