Navy commodore joins Costain as defence & nuclear chief

Former Royal Navy commodore Bob Anstey has joined Costain to lead the newly-combined Defence and Nuclear businesses.
He becomes director of the firm after a 36-year naval career.
During his time at sea, he completed strategic deterrent submarine patrols, while onshore he was focused on training, capability management and support to operations.
