Muse submits 1,600-home regen plan for Solihull town centre

Muse has lodged plans with Solihull Council for the regeneration of Mell Square shopping centre.
The mixed-use scheme will include an improved retail offer, new public spaces, leisure facilities and up to 1,600 homes,including a mix of build-to-rent and affordable homes to attract young professionals and families
The wholesale redevelopment of the 6.4ha site will involve a 10-year-long building programme.Subject to planning, the first phase of redevelopment could get underway early next year.
