Muse lands £500m Wythenshawe town centre revamp

Muse has been named as the delivery and investment partner to lead the transformation of Wythenshawe town centre in south Manchester.
The firm will help to accelerate a long-term regeneration programme known as Wythenshawe Civic to create a new public square, shops, net zero carbon commercial space, community and cultural hub along with more than 1,750 new homes over the next 10 years.
