MPD Construction lands major HS2 concrete deal

MPD Construction Group has landed another major HS2 deal to install 32 kilometres of concrete walkway in the Northolt Tunnel between Old Oak Common station and West Ruislip.
MPD will be installing its Bridgeform system designed in collaboration with partners KERN Tunneltechnik.
The ground-breaking dynamic formwork system is fully automated and hydraulically operated.Work will start in May for main contractor SCS Railways to deliver and install 60,000 cubic metres of concrete with a peak workforc
