Morgan Sindall wins £88m Beckton DLR depot upgrade

Morgan Sindall has secured with an £88m bid the job to build a major new train maintenance depot for the Docklands Light Railway in East London.
The project to advance the major works programme at Beckton was delayed by the impact of Covid during the previous procurement phase when works were being packaged up.
Now the programme is being tackled as a major contract with Morgan Sindall starting shortly.
