Morgan Sindall wins £32m Walsall waste centre

Morgan Sindall has been awarded a £32m contract by Walsall Council for the construction of a new Household Waste Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Station at Middlemore Lane.
The centre will be built on a six-hectare site formerly occupied by McKechnie Brass Ltd.
Before starting building works, Morgan Sindall will undertake the re-engineering of soils using lime and cement stabilisation techniques, as well as managing significant lying surface water on the site.Construction work will als
