Morgan Sindall starts £100m Manchester labs hub

Morgan Sindall has just broken ground on a landmark 217,000 sq ft science and innovation building in the heart of Manchester’s Knowledge Quarter.
Kadans Science Partner is behind the £100m landmark Plus Ultra Manchester scheme, which is located within the Oxford Road Corridor.
The scheme forms the centrepiece of the wider £450m Upper Brook Street masterplan, which includes 490,000 sq ft of mixed-use space with labs, student accommodation and community facilities.Sustainability
