Morgan Sindall gears up to restart stalled Blackpool courthouse

Morgan Sindall is gearing up to restart Blackpool’s stalled major courthouse scheme after being brought in to replace collapsed contractor ISG.
The contractor has signed a deal with HM Courts & Tribunals Service and is now progressing detailed design for the new court complex at the junction of Devonshire Road and Talbot Road.
The project was originally costed at around £43m, but the final bill is expected to be higher following the delay and contractor change.Fresh planning chan
