Modular health specialist Vanguard rescues M-AR

Vanguard Healthcare Solutions has acquired the business and assets of offsite contractor Module-AR Limited out of administration saving 70 jobs.
Begbies Traynor were appointed as Joint Administrators of Module-AR Limited in late October and sealed the sale of the £30m turnover company last week.
The buyer’s identity was not revealed but the Enquirer can confirm it was mobile and modular buildings specialist Vanguard.The deal sees Vanguard take on Module-Ar’s 100,000 sq. ft. man
