Moat seeks firm for £420m repairs and maintenance deal

Moat Homes has fired the starting gun on bidding for a £420m repairs and maintenance contract as it looks to lock in a long-term delivery partner.
The housing association presently has an 18-month interim contract with Mears after switching from Morgan Sindall as it seeks the right long-term partner to manage its repairs and maintenance service from September 2026.
The 15-year framework – split into a 10-year initial term with a possible five-year extension – will cover respons
