Mitie buys power contractor ESM for £8.5m

Mitie has struck an £8.5m deal to buy leading high voltage electrical engineering contractor ESM Power.
Specialising in grid and power connections, the Scunthorpe-based firm has 20 years of experience in the design, delivery and maintenance of high voltage power connections across a broad range of sectors, including local authorities, commercial developments and power generation sites.
