Midgard lands latest £600m phase at Brent Cross Town

Midgard will start work later this month on the latest major phase of homes, retail and leisure at Brent Cross Town in north London.
Developer Related Argent has formed a joint venture with Invesco Real Estate to deliver the £600m gross development value scheme.
Construction is set to be completed in 2025 on 800 market sale and Build-to-Rent homes, as well as retail and dining.The entire £8bn Brent Cross Town project will feature 50-acres of parks and playing fields, 6,700 new homes
