McLaren lodges plan for 45-storey Leeds tower

McLaren’s property arm has submitted plans for a 45-storey build to rent tower in Leeds and two lower rise office blocks.
Designed  by Glen Howells Architects, the landmark hexagonal-shaped residential block will rise to 141m and provide just over 460 flats.
The two adjacent office blocks of 14 and 15 storeys will provide around 500,000 sq ft of space next to the main block of flats.All buildings will have terracotta facades. The landmark build to rent tower is to be clad in white til
