McLaren gets nod for £65m Hackney co-living mid-rises

McLaren Living has secured planning permission for a co-living and affordable housing development at Fish Island in Hackney Wick, east London.
The scheme, which has an estimated construction value of around £65m, will deliver 280 co-living studios and 44 affordable homes across two buildings rising to 10 and seven storeys.
The project will complete the final plot of the Neptune Wharf masterplan at the corner of Wansbeck Road and Monier Road, creating a new gateway to Fish Island.Designed b
