McAlpine bags £1bn Sellafield concrete structures deal

Sellafield’s project delivery team has signed up Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver a £1bn package of planned groundworks and concrete structures works over the next 17 years at the nuclear clean-up site.
The key delivery partner deal is the largest to be signed-0ff so far by the Programme and Project Partners team as part of the procurement shake-up to move to greater collaborative working.
