Materials giant CRH looks to sell contractor Farrans

Building and civil engineering contractor Farrans Construction is being put up for sale by its owner CRH.
The global materials giant confirmed it is looking at a potential sale following a strategic review of the business.
In a statement CRH said: “While no final decision has been made, following a strategic review, CRH is exploring the potential divestment of its construction contracting business, Farrans.“The business, which has a successful track record, a strong market presence a
