Major London City building green deep retrofit approved

Belgian developer Atenor has been given the green light for its first UK project after City of London gave the go-ahead for a deep retrofit of Fleet House.
Designed by architect HOK, the project will provide nearly 80,000 sq ft of highly sustainable workspace in the City.
It is Atenor’s first project as it eyes further expansion into the UK.A 1950s office block and pub next Fleet Street will be remodelled and raised to create a new 11-storey office building with greater energy performance
