Magrock wins £33m Ipswich logistics park build

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have appointed Magrock Ltd as main contractor for a five unit industrial and logistics scheme at Eastern Gateway, Ipswich.
Work on transforming the eight acre site will start this month.
Once completed by the end of next year the site will be home to a five unit industrial and logistics scheme ranging in size from 12,905 to 52,250 sq ft.
The scheme is being marketed as “Access @ Eastern Gateway, Ipswich” and will complement the existing units already
