Mace wins £150m London Berkeley Square revamp

Mace has confirmed the signing of a pre-construction services agreement to redevelop Lansdowne House in London’s Mayfair.
The 10-storey office scheme at the southern end of Berkeley Square will be constructed with a ‘sway frame’ structure to extend the building’s potential for re-use.
Designed by architects AHMM with a ‘long life and loose fit concept’, this structural design allows larger floor plates and a centralised core that can be adapted and re-used for
