Mace wins £150m life sciences centre

Mace has been appointed as principal contractor by London-based developer Precis Group to build a £150m life sciences centre in central London.
Construction will start in April on the new headquarters and discovery centre for medical research company MSD on Euston Road.
The scheme will create over 1,000 construction jobs on Belgrove House directly opposite King’s Cross Square and St. Pancras International and King’s Cross station.Designed by architects Allford Hall Monaghan Mor
