Mace lands London Woolgate Exchange green retrofit

Developer Stanhope and the Woolgate Exchange Unit Trust are moving forward with a major overhaul of the Woolgate Exchange building in the heart of London’s Square Mile, after receiving official planning consent.
Mace will start work this spring on the 350,000 sq ft landmark office HQ renovation, which has been designed by architect Stiff + Trevillion to meet the needs of modern occupiers.
The nine-storey building revamp includes a 1,500 sq ft rooftop pavilion with views of St Paul’s
