Lynch plant hire fined £800,000 over abnormal load

L Lynch Plant Hire and Haulage Ltd has been ordered to pay more than £800,000 after being found guilty of moving an abnormal load without proper notification.
The hire firm was charged as part of Operation Nightstare by the West Midlands Police Commercial Vehicle Unit.
