Low-carbon cement makes UK site debut

A new low-carbon cement has been used on a UK construction site for the first time.
Swedish green cement producer Cemvision’s product has been used during a concrete pour at a new STOREX Self Storage development in Sunbury, Surrey.
Cemvision and STOREX are now planning to work together on other sites.
London based Capital Concrete oversaw the pour to form foundational slabs using Cemvision’s Re-ment Massive to replace traditional Portland cement.
