London’s largest estate £1bn rebuild rebooted

The London Borough of Newham has appointed the professional team to advance the first major new-build phase of the £1bn Carpenter Estate regeneration.
Populo Living, Newham’s wholly owned housing company, has appointed architect Hawkins\Brown for Phase 2 of the Carpenters Estate Regeneration, known as the Lund Quarter.
