Lendlease lands £150m Sage conference centre

Lendlease has been appointed by Gateshead Council’s development partner Ask:PATRIZIA to deliver the £150m Sage International Conference Centre at Gateshead Quays.
The conference complex is the first phase of the delayed £350m+ Sage development which will also include an arena and new hotel.
