Legendre UK to convert Diageo HQ into hotel

Legendre UK has been confirmed as main contractor for the conversion of drinks giant Diageo’s former HQ in Park Royal into a hotel.
The firm is part of a joint venture made up of LSL Partners, Central & Provincial Properties, Candour Properties, Legendre Company, Select Investments and Eastborough Partners which has gained planning permission for the designs by GRID Architects.
