Leeds £50m office scheme gets green light

Leeds planners has approved plans to redevelop a landmark site in the city centre with a £50m office scheme.
A joint venture partnership between Asset Capital and Prescient Capital last year purchased Wellington Plaza, a 1980’s former HQ building on Wellington Street.
