Laing O’Rourke tops June contracts league

Laing O’Rourke soared to the top of the contracts league rankings after winning a £919m order to deliver an animal diseases super-lab at the government’s flagship Weybridge biosecurity campus in Surrey.
Design work for the mega contract is already underway, with most construction expected to ramp up between 2027 and 2032.
