Laing O’Rourke tops April contracts league

Laing O’Rourke netted first place in the contract awards rankings for April after finally agreeing to a fixed price contract for Everton’s new waterfront stadium.
The main construction contract was signed last month after O’Rourke agreed to lock-in construction costs of the new 52,888-capacity Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
