Laing O’Rourke lands £700m hospital contract

Laing O’Rourke has been appointed preferred construction partner on a major new hospital job in Lanarkshire.
The current estimate for construction cost alone to replace University Hospital Monklands is £700m but a final figure is yet to be determined.
