Laing O’Rourke finance director joins Osborne

Osborne has appointed Peter Duff as Group Finance Director to replace Stuart Hammond who is stepping down from the role after 17 years with the business.
Duff joins Osborne from Laing O’Rourke where he has spent the last seven years latterly as European Finance Director.
