Kwarteng backs construction to lead “new era for Britain”

Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng is vowing to make it easier to build with construction front and centre of his vision for “a new era for Britain”.
His Growth Plan due to be unveiled Friday morning includes 38 new Investment Zones across the country where relaxed planning rules and tax-breaks are expected to create regional construction booms.
