Kier wins Cambridgeshire County council estate upkeep

Cambridgeshire County Council has appointed Kier Places to provide building, mechanical and electrical maintenance services to its estate of 160 corporate buildings across its county-wide estate.The contract, which runs to 2027 with the option of two one-year extensions to 2029, includes preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, minor project works.
The portfolio includes a number of the Council’s office estate, such as its new headquarters (New Shire Hall), libraries, highways depot
