Kier wins £30m Greenwich teaching block

Kier has clinched a job to build a new teaching block as part of the £47m redevelopment of London South East Colleges’ Greenwich Campus.
The firm will demolish an existing building to build a 60,000 sq ft, five-storey teaching facility on the south east London site under a deal estimated to be worth around £30m.
