Kier to trial hydrogen generators on site

Kier has signed a deal with AFC Energy to trial its new Power Tower clean Hydrogen power generator units on one of its sites
The zero-emission generator will be deployed in the coming months and be used to power site cabins.
AFC Energy is hoping the trial will lead to a long-term collaboration with Kier as the contractor aims to reach its Net Zero carbon reduction target by 2045 with the transition away from on-site fossil fuel power generators a key component.Chris Lilley, health, safety, wellb
