Kier seals £35m deal to give empty Walsall M&S a second life

Kier has sealed a £35m contract to transform a vacant former Marks & Spencer store in Walsall town centre into a new gateway and adult learning centre.
The contractor has been appointed by Walsall Council under a direct award through the Pagabo Major Works Framework to deliver the Connected Gateway and Adult Learning Centre project, including enabling works, demolition and the main build.
