Kier lands £60m London Holborn office retrofit

Kier has been selected as preferred contractor for Railpen’s 100,000 sq ft office refurbishment at Red Lion Square in Holborn, London.
The contractor is entering a pre-construction services agreement for The Fenner ahead of a planned site start later this year.
