Kier and Tilbury Douglas win £108m schools double

Kier and Tilbury Douglas have secured preconstruction deals on two Department for Education school projects worth up to £108m.
Kier has been lined up for the larger £77m overhaul of RAAC-hit Stepney All Saints Church of England Secondary School in east London, while Tilbury Douglas has landed the £31m Cavendish School scheme in Eastbourne.
