Keepmoat to start four-year build in Wigan

Keepmoat Homes has received planning permission for 169 new energy-efficient homes to be built in Worsley Mesnes.
Working in partnership with Wigan Council, Keepmoat will start construction across four sites, known collectively as The Seasons, alongside new shops and green open spaces which will take four years to build.
