Kane bags £43m M&E package on Canary Wharf towers

Specialist Kane has secured a £43m design and build contract with Canary Wharf Contractors to deliver the MEP installation across two blocks at Wood Wharf.
The three-year contract will start in April 2023 across 760 buy to rent residential units in the 34 and 49 storey towers alongside retails, leisure and amenity space.
Innovative service corridor modules as well as prefabricated utility cupboards will be designed and installed by Kane’s in-house team on the project.Northern Ireland
