JV named for major Devonport 10 dock rebuild job

Devonport Dockyard manager Babcock has signed a deal with a Kier BAM joint venture to deliver its major 10 Dock Refurbishment Project forming part of a £1bn investment plan over 10 years at the Plymouth naval base.
The framework deal will also allow for other call off contracts for extra dock upgrade works around the base.
The main project includes the redevelopment of a dry dock for nuclear submarines alongside the demolition of existing buildings and construction of new ones to support t
