J S Wright lands £17m M&E package at London Dock

Building services specialist J S Wright has won a £17m contract for the latest phase of London Dock.
The firm has been contracted by Berkeley Group brand St George to install the mechanical and electrical systems for all 359 new-build apartments within Saffron Wharf.
The block of mixed-tenure apartments is part of a master plan for 1,800 new homes and 180,000 sq ft of commercial space on the 15-acre site of the former News International printworks.
