ISG wins £44m Coventry IKEA store conversion

ISG has bagged the job to convert Coventry’s former IKEA store into a new cultural centre for the city.
The firm is understood to have secured with a £44m bid the vast store repurposing job on Croft Way.
Designed by architect Buttress, The City Centre Cultural Gateway, provide a new home for nationally recognised collections managed by Arts Council England, Arts Council Collection and the British Council.Other floors will be occupied as a cultural hub for Coventry University hou
