Hyde to renew £2bn new-build housing deal

Leading housing association the Hyde Group is renewing its main contractor framework previously valued at £2bn over five years.
With ambitious plans to build about 1,500 homes a year over the next five years, Hyde is seeking partners to help deliver high quality, safe and sustainable new homes for its customers.
Present incumbents facing a fight to renew their spots on the framework include Bouygues, Engie, Graham, Higgins, Hill, Kier, McAleer & Rushe, McLaren, Migard, Vistry, and Wate
