Hyde brings London property maintenance in-house

Housing association Hyde has decided to bring all its London property maintenance in-house.
Previously, outsourcing contractor Mears provided repairs and maintenance across 11,000 homes in the London boroughs of Greenwich, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Camden, Islington, Harrow and Brent.
The newly-formed in-house contractor, Property Maintenance London, has taken on many of Mears’ staff to deliver works.Mears will continue to deliver repairs and maintenance services to Hyde’s homes
