HS2 agrees £78m variation on Euston tunnels cost

HS2 has awarded Skanska Costain Strabag joint venture an extra £78m deal for the Euston Tunnels project.
The extra work windfall compensates for agreed changes to the scope of work with the anticipated extra spend in line with the HS2 budget.
